BELIEFS
â€Joshua‬ â€24:15‬ â€ESV
‬ [15] And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the Lord, choose this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your fathers served in the region beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord"
Salvation
We believe that salvation is a free gift of God's grace through faith in Christ.

Romans 3:23-24
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,
Baptism
We believe that all who believe in Jesus as the Christ, repent of their sins and are baptized will receive the free gift of salvation.

Acts 2:38
Then Peter said to them, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. "

Mark 16:15-16
And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.
Bible
We believe that the Bible should be used as the only source of doctrine.

Matthew 15:9
And in vain they worship Me,
Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.

Hebrews 4:12
For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
Lord's Supper
We observe the Lord's Supper weekly to remember the crucifixion and resurrection of our Savior, Jesus Christ. This gives us a regular time to thank Him for His mercy.

1 Cor. 11:23-26
For I received from the Lord what I also passed on to you: The Lord Jesus, on the night he was betrayed, took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, “This is my body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of me.” In the same way, after supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood; do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me.” For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.

Love
We believe that the body of believers is supposed to be closer to us than our own families. Our goal is not merely to get along but to love each other to the extent that Christ loved us, and to be united to the extent that the Father is one with the Son.

John 13:35
By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.

John 17:20-21
My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me.
Disciples & Servants
We want to become fully trained for greater works of service. We believe that all believers are called be disciple-makers. The Holy Spirit has given each of us a gift that is to be used for building up the body. We want to help develop the character of Christ through modeling and teaching.

Romans 12:4-8
For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.
